Jacob (Jake as there are 2 Jacobs) was absolutely amazing! I just moved to Louisville from Austin, TX. When I landed at the airport my BMW had a flat tire. AAA towed me to Discount Tire which was closed. I called first thing in the morning and Jake re-assured me I didn't have to worry & they would be able to take care of me. When I arrived Jake was very professional and calming. He searched my car for the tire lock key & when one wasn't found he was able to go back & work with the Mechanics to determine if Discount tire had one for my BMW. Even BMW sent me the wrong lock key when I proactively ordered one so I would have my own for the car. Jake was able to use critical thinking (I was lacking in the moment) to let me know we could use the key I purchased by putting on the kit provided by BMW. I could go on & on about how thorough Jake was to make sure I was back on the road quickly. This included buying the same BMW tires I had through Discount tire sources. He even suggested and taught me about tire flats to ensure if this happened again, I could drive on the new tires he ordered for me. He also got me a spare which I didn't have because BMW cars don't come with them when purchased. I didn't know that until I had the flat. I was a mess. I have told everyone I know about this discount tire & Jake. I will definitely be back for all my tire & windshield wiper needs.

We had two flat tires. They replaced one and checked the other and said they found no problem. The next day the other tire was flat and needed to be repaired due to a screw in the tire. The other tire had a screw also. I don't think they even looked at the passenger side rear tire. It's hard to miss a screw. My son had to have the tire fixed on the road which costs him time, money, and endagered his safety. This coud have been easily prevented. I had a great visit the first time with Kirk, but not sure I'll but more tires from you guys

Ordered my tires online for a cash & carry purchase. The online app forced installation charge option but I was quickly refunded the amount when I arrived to pickup my tires. This purchase was for a dealership service but If I need tires and have to have them installed i.will certainly use Discount Tires in the future based on this experience.
