Chris helped me immediately when I walked in. After I told him the situation with my tires he took his tools and determined I needed new tires. He helped me choose the tires best for my circumstances and I was happy with the pricing. The manager was also very friendly offering me free coffee and making me feel right at home. The service was quick and I was on my way in no time. I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

There was construction going on while I was there and that affected the clean feeling of waiting area. It was tidy and not dirty but not what you’d expect for a waiting room. Staff was hard working and very polite. Kept me up to date on process of work, I was very impressed with time frame since they were so busy. Definitely recommend!

These guys always kill it with their service. This time I was in and out in record 15 minutes from time I walked in to time I was walking out. They greeted me, inspected my tires, and rotated and balanced my tires in 15 minutes!

Awesome store, came to get a tire patched on my tesla and was worried that it would cost an arm and a leg but it was free which truly made my day. The customer service was amazing and they had the special pucks to lift teslas.

I love these guys, and way to go with the insurance. I had just purchased 4 new tires and hit something on the interstate that slashed open my tire, the repair kit with my car didn’t even come close to fixing it, just sprayed all the fix a flat inside the wheel well. Without the insurance I purchased for my new tires, the replacement would have cost me $400 plus. I paid $55 and they put it on for free. Well worth the cost of the insurance.

I had a issue originally at this store with my car not being done, At let me tell you they went above and beyond to fix it. Customer service is clearly king here and wayyy better that competitors.

I love discount tire, I recommend them to everybody. I let them know how excellent the employees are and friendly and knowledgeable. I let them know about the synchrony credit card you can buy tires with and have 6 months to pay them off. I let them know how they rotate the tires for free, and fix tires that are fixable for free.

I highly recommend Discount Tire. I’ve received great service at every location from the west coast to the mid west where I live now. The OKC 3rd Street location is a busy store and they always find a way to quickly attend to customers needs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they had my car in and out and it was done exactly the time they had told me it would take 45 min. Glad I chose Discount Tire Store will be back.
