Tire Pros

Quiet, smooth ride Great handling Good price with rebate

Tire Cons

Fuel efficient, low road friction claim is questionable, at best

These tires ride smooth and firm on dry and wet conditions. They handle very well, too. The problem is in their claim that the P7 is an "energy efficient tire", i.e. better gas mileage. This is the reason why I bought this tire... for high gas mileage. Well, guess what: they are a full 1 1/2 mile a gallon LESS fuel efficient than the fuel-efficient Michelin EnerySavers that they replaced. Had I had known this beforehand, I'd have spend $20 more per tire and re-upped with the Michelins (a superior tire but pricier). This is what happens when you try to save a buck. In summary, the P7's are a very good tire, but the Michelin EnergySaver is better (a little pricier, too).
