Tire Pros

Quieter than expected, and delivers comparable ride and noise comfort to an all season with far superior traction.

Tire Cons

None

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of road noise - no different than the original Nokian all-seasons that are standard for the Volvos, and these cost about half the price. They handle like I expected, not sporty but still controlled, and have much more tread than an all-season tire which make them great for coastal New England. I recommend these tires over standard all-seasons 10 times out of 10.

Tire Pros

Quiet compared to old GoodYears. Smooth rolling.

Tire Cons

Not as good off road as stated by store.

So far tires are good. Would reccomend them to a friend. Not as good handling off road as stated by store. But overall a good city/highway/off road tire for the mix of driving I do. Have not tried tires in snow/ice since I live in the desert of Vegas. Wet traction in rain in well. Looks like the tires will last the 40,000 miles as Yokohama reccomends.

Tire Cons

Worst tire I ever owned for tire noise after 15K miles.

I bought these tires after doing a bit of research which showed that this tire had a good combination of highway performance and winter/snow grip. My experience showed that the winter/snow performance was not any better than non AT rated tires and wet/dry performance was just average. The first 10-15K miles were OK on these tires, then it started making noise. It was a low speed growl (starts at around 15 MPH) that I swore I had a front bearing or differential problem in my Jeep. I had a difficult time believing this since most tire noise start at higher vehicle speeds. Even after I took my Jeep to 2 different Chrysler dealers I cannot believe the dealers' same conclusion that it was a tire problem, until I finally gave up and replaced the tires and reinstalled OEM Goodyear HPs. If you want a quiet riding tire, best to avoid this one.
