Tire Pros

Good wet traction , excellent straight line tracking

Tire Cons

NOISY,HARSH and ROUGH.Low frequency "boom" on rough roads, flat spotting overnight.Gravelly" feel through steering wheel.OK on smooth roads. NOT QUIET!

I replaced Hankook V4's with Turanza Serenity Plus in hopes of a smoother, quieter ride,on my 1999 BMW 740i sport model which is very sensitive to tires and has a stiff suspension. The Hankooks at 15,000 miles were very smooth and quiet, but as a directional tire, were unsafe on the BMW. BTW, DO NOT PUT DIRECTIONAL TIRES ON A BMW 7 Series!!!. The suspension design is not compatible with directional tires, including the harsh riding and noisy Michelin Pilot Sport A/S and A/S Plus. (On a rutted road the car will suddenly jump into the next lane or the median, or veer off the road with directional tires). The Turanza Serenity Plus tires track perfectly on wavy roads, but are harsh, noisy and annoying on the rough roads we have here. If you want smooth and quiet, do NOT buy these. Disclaimer: I ordered these tires; not America's Tire recommendation. (LOVE those guys!) Bridgestone...shame on you! This is a very so-so tire for large luxury cars.
