Had 4 new tires and an alignment performed. I setup an appointment online to drop off my vehicle since I had to go to work. Came back to pick it up a few hours later. Flawless experience!

Very friendly and right to the point

I was impressed with how quickly Discount Tire replaced all four of my tires. The turnaround time was excellent, and the staff was efficient in getting the job done. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several important areas. I specifically instructed that my vehicle be placed in jack mode, but that was not done. Instead of using a lift, the technicians used four separate floor jacks, which was concerning given the type of vehicle. Additionally, two of my valve stems are silver and two are black, which is inconsistent and will require me to make another trip back just to have this corrected. To make matters worse, grease smudges were left on my white seats, indicating a lack of care for the interior. While the speed of service was excellent, attention to detail and proper procedures were clearly lacking. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control and care for customers’ vehicles in the future.
