If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Every time I visit the SkyMarks location in Jacksonville, I’m always in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Whether I want to put Mickey Thompson drag tires on my car or have questions about a different setup, they’re always willing to help. If something isn’t going to fit or is likely to rub, they’ll tell me upfront. They explain everything before, during, and after the installation, so there are never any surprises. At the end of the day, they respect that it’s my vehicle and my decision. They’ve always worked to get me the best deal possible and make me aware of other services I might benefit from, but they’re never pushy or trying to pressure me into buying something I don’t need. That’s something I really appreciate. The biggest compliment I can give them is this: I drive past three other tire shops just to come to this Discount Tire, even though it’s not on my normal route. That should tell you everything you need to know. This team deserves 100 out of 10 stars. Keep up the outstanding work!

I’m a single woman 68 years old in a motorhome and had a nail in my tire on my way to North Carolina. I have always gotten my tire work done at Discount Tires. They were so busy but squeezed me in and I was back on the road within an hour and a half.
