New Tires and Wheel Store in Hayden, ID 83835

We've never had a problem in over 30 years because the staffs have always been friendly and attentive even when the store was busy and they always made things right.

I called three times trying to order wheels/tires and even left a messaged for a call back, nothing. So I went to the store in Haden and Salvador, the manager was waiting the counter. I told him that I had repeatedly called and even left a message but no one answers the phone at this store (COMPLETELY verified as I was standing there fore 45 minutes as Salvador totally ignored answering the phone). He didn't even care. I gave him the manufacture/model/bolt patter and offset for the wheels to order and he could not even find them. I told him Tony looked them up earlier in the week but never called me back. Then I - and waiting customers- witnessed him barking/shouting orders to other employees. Customers were actually leaving the line in the store because of the wait and complete lack of customer service and respect. Worst Discount Tire I have experienced in over 30 years of using them. 100%. Nothing like the Arizona stores. No idea how he made it though training and or became a store manager. I would like to give a big shout out to a young lady working in the bay area mounting and balancing tires. She was literally running with a happy smile and extremely efficient. No that is management material!

Only store I use to handle my tire needs

Encouraging to see a business full of professionals - quality from start to finish . 5 star rating for sure . Thanks Team !

I have been using the Hayden Lake, ID location only to get tire for a few years now. Every time I go in the staff is very professional, they have great prices, and the service after purchase has been 2nd to none.
