I had a great experience at the store with the staff. Jordan and Hope were fantastic to work with. They made some great recommendations for my Tesla tires that helped me out and even helped navigate some shipping issues that we had. They are great at price matching, and I did a ton of research and found they were the best price and the best service.

Great Store!

They called me in the morning to let me know the tires were ready to be picked up, so that was nice. Only "problem" was that my husband spent 45 minutes waiting to be helped. There were others in line ahead of him that were having their tires mounted, but all he needed to do was pick them up. It would have been nice to have been greeted by someone, found out that it was just a pick up, and gotten his tires sooner. He said it wasn't organized very well as far as that goes. He wasnt late to his dentist appointment, but just barely. He planned to be there an hour early, he walked in 2 minutes early... so that would be my recommendation: see what customers are doing, do they have an appointment to mount/balance or pickup? Get the latter in and out quicker. BUT the tires are EXCELLENT! I love the look of the white lettering, and it's difficult to find 14s for my '68 Cougar, so next time I'll have to get wheels, too, and go up a size.
