I have purchased many tires at the Verona Road location and every experience has been consistently superlative. This time the replacement set of tires was installed in record time, a truly unbelievable coordination by the team. It seemed like watching the crew at a professional auto race event. The communication through the process was outstanding, genuinely making me feel like a member of the family. I had occasion to chat with a number of staff members, all of whom were friendly and respectful. Having purchased tires from many different vendors in my life I can say the Discount Tire experience is unmatched. Keep up the great work!

I heard a pop after running over a plastic plant tray in my driveway, but that had nothing to do with the tire presure being low though it did get me to bring the car in immediately just as they openned. I didn't expect to get in so quick on a walk-in and was even more delighted that they immediately found a nail in the low tire, fixed it, reset the presure gauge and best of all, it was free. That's why I keep coming back.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing time, sure there wasn't time to fit me in. Daniel said "well let's go see what's going on, maybe we can help". They stayed late to be able help me. It was amazing. Thank you!!!

Staff are very eager to welcome you. Probably because it seems they receive commission. Staff are not helpful on the back end of the appt after getting your money. Communication at the end of appt was poor. Waited for over 20 min after I saw my vehicle returned to the lot without any communication or acknowledgement from staff until I went and asked at the front desk. I found that my vehicle was still waiting for a free service they had offered at check-in, with unknown time until that could be completed, so I declined that service and left with my vehicle. Communication regarding why my vehicle was still waiting should have occurred.

These folks have done a great job for my family over the years. I highly recommend them.
