Managing Your Appointments

Having an appointment for tire or wheel services at Discount Tire is the best way to get you safely taken care of and back on the road as quickly as possible. But we know life happens and appointments will need to be changed, postponed or canceled.

Read on to get the ins and outs of creating, changing, or canceling appointments at your Discount Tire store, or start scheduling an appointment now.

Make an Appointment

How to make a Discount Tire appointment

With Discount Tire, it's easy to schedule an appointment online for your tire and wheel needs.

If you don't already have an account, we recommend creating one first in order to access all your appointment information, should you need it later on. If you do have an account, sign in now!

  • Click 'Appointments' on the top menu bar of Discount Tire's website.
  • On the 'Schedule An Appointment' page, ensure your desired store location for the appointment appears under 'My Selected Store'. If not, click 'Change Store' to select the store location you'd like to be at for your appointment and click 'Continue'.
  • If you've already entered a vehicle while browsing the site, you can choose it now for your appointment. If not, enter your vehicle information or your vehicle's license plate and click 'Continue With This Vehicle'. Once redirected back to the select/add vehicle page, click 'Continue With Selected Vehicle'.
  • Choose the desired services for your appointment and add any additional notes in the blank box that you'd like to inform our trusted experts of. Click 'Continue' to keep going.
  • Select an appointment day from the calendar at the left. To the right, select if you'd like to wait in store or drop off your vehicle and then select your desired appointment time. If someone else will be bringing the vehicle instead of you, check that option under the calendar and enter their information. Hit 'Continue' once you're ready for the next step.
  • Enter your personal information into the appropriate fields and select 'Review Your Appointment' when ready.
  • Review your store location and services as well as your vehicle, personal and appointment information for accuracy. If corrections are needed on any section, click the edit button next to the one that is inaccurate.
  • Once everything looks correct, click 'Schedule Your Appointment'.
  • You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment details. If it is helpful for you, you can also print the completion page or save your confirmation number for future reference.

  • Click 'Appointments' on the top menu bar of Discount Tire's website.

How to change your Discount Tire appointment

We understand that life happens and you may need to switch a few details about your appointment in order to come in for your tire or wheel services. From changing your appointment date or time to scheduling it at a new store location closer to home, we make changing your appointment easy and hassle free.

  • When you scheduled your original appointment, we sent you an email for confirmation. Locate this email in your inbox to begin the process. (If you need help locating it, the email sender should be from Discount Tire).
  • If you can't locate the confirmation email of your booked appointment, call the store of your appointment and we can help you reschedule!

  • Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Reschedule'.
  • Select a new appointment day from the calendar at the left. To the right, select if you'd still like to wait in store or drop off your vehicle. If you'd like to change your appointment time, you can select a new one to the right of the calendar. If someone else will be bringing the vehicle instead of you, check that option under the calendar and enter their information. Hit 'Confirm Appointment' once the information is complete and accurate.
  • The confirmation details of your new appointment date and/or time and information are now available to view.
  • You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment details. If it is helpful for you, you can also print the completion page or save your confirmation number for future reference.

Can't Find Your Appointment Email? We Also Sent a Text Message!

You can also reschedule your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your mobile phone when your original appointment was scheduled. To reschedule your appointment, reply to this text message with the number 1. You will be redirected to a link where you can select a new appointment day from the calendar, change your wait in store or drop off vehicle status, your appointment time, or even who's bringing the vehicle in for service. Once the information is complete, hit 'Confirm Appointment' to reschedule.

  • The confirmation details of your new appointment date, time and pertinent information are now available to view.
  • You will receive an email and text message confirming your appointment details. If it is helpful for you, you can also print the completion page or save your confirmation number for future reference.

You can also view your appointment details later on in your online account by clicking on 'Hi, (your name)' at the top right of the screen above the Discount Tire menu. From there, click 'View My Account' and under 'My Account,' click 'Appointments'.

Need Another Way to Reschedule Your Appointment? We Also Sent an Email and Text Message!

For email rescheduling, check your inbox for your original appointment confirmation email from Discount Tire. Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Reschedule.' Select a new appointment day from the calendar, change your wait in store or drop off vehicle status, your appointment time, or even who's bringing the vehicle in for service. Once the information is complete, hit 'Confirm Appointment' to reschedule.

How to cancel your Discount Tire appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we are here to help you. We understand that life is busy and sometimes you can't make the appointment you originally scheduled. Here's how to cancel your appointment if you don't have a Discount Tire account online.

  • When you scheduled your original appointment, we sent you an email and a text for confirmation. Locate this email in your inbox to begin the process. (If you need help locating it, the email sender should be from Discount Tire).
  • If you can't locate the confirmation email of your booked appointment, call the store of your appointment and we can help you cancel!

  • Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Cancel'.
  • Review your appointment details and provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu. If you'd like to provide more information, feel free to elaborate in the blank text box.
  • Click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. (If you change your mind, click 'Nevermind, Don't Cancel My Appointment' below that and we will be happy to still service your vehicle.)
  • You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

Can't Find Your Appointment Email? We Also Sent a Text Message!

You can also cancel your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your mobile phone when your original appointment was scheduled. To cancel your appointment, reply to this text message with the number 2. You will be redirected to a link where you can provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu and elaborate in the blank text box. When you're ready, click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

  • Click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. (If you change your mind, click 'Nevermind, Don't Cancel My Appointment' below that and we will be happy to still service your vehicle.)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the appointment cancellation has been processed.

Need Another Way to Cancel Your Appointment? We Also Sent an Email and Text Message!

For email canceling, check your inbox for your original appointment confirmation email from Discount Tire. Under the 'Store and Appointment' section, click 'Cancel.' This will bring you to your account, where you can review your appointment details and provide your reason for cancellation in the dropdown menu or elaborate in the blank text box. When you're ready to proceed, click 'Cancel Appointment' to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a cancellation email when processing is complete.

You can also cancel your appointment through the automated text message we sent to your mobile phone when your original appointment was scheduled.
