How Certificates work
If your tire:
- Fails due to a non-repairable road hazard or manufacturer defect, and
- Has more than 3/32" of tread depth, and
- Is within 3 years of purchase
We’ll refund the full purchase price with applicable sales tax. You then have the option to purchase a replacement at the refund price (plus applicable sales tax). If a safe repair is possible, we’ll repair the tire under your Certificate.
How to buy
Add Certificates at the time of your tire purchase (in-store or online).
Not ready at checkout? You have 30 days from your tire purchase to add Certificates—visit your local store or give us a call and we’ll take care of it.
Visit or call your nearest Discount Tire store. We’ll validate your Certificates and repair your tire(s), provide a full refund, or replace your tire(s) as applicable.
