Cesar was incredible from start to finish. Despite the rain outside, 15 minutes before closing and pretty busy, he was able to provide me with great service and communication. It was a pleasure purchasing 4 new tires from him. I did not feel any kind of pressure and the experience was easy and stress free because of him. I wish more stores had associates like him in general.

I brought my car in due to slow leaking tire and needing a tire rotation. I received great customer service by Erick and Joey. The store was busy, but I was met at the door by a sales associate. My car was immediately assessed. Erick used a scanning tool to assess my car's tire tread and explained the tires were still had enough tread life for a few more rotations. They had an associate offering cold bottled water to each customer as we waited. They had my car ready 40 min sooner than they estimated. The original time wasn't bad considering how busy it was that morning. I had been very anxious that the associates would try to upsell products, but there was none of that. They completed what I asked for in a friendly and courteous manner. I would highly recommend this location.

Showed up 45 minutes before a Saturday closing, and despite being swamped was accommodated within the hour. Consistently impressed with the quality level of service, professional courtesy and efficiency at DT. Have been a customer for years.

The store misinformed me about status of my tires and made me visit a total of three times over two days. It was a bad experience. The staff was nice but unhelpful.

I booked my appointment online and received text updates when my tires were late arriving at the store, when they did arrive, and when the tires were installed and my car was ready. Very user friendly technology that made the whole process very convenient.
