Store Details

This store is always difficult to get in and out of. However, with their apparent remodel, it is truly a circus. The parking lot employee/guard was not very friendly and his instructions kept including “just like always” as if I knew what they normally did. I was not allowed to get out of my vehicle. I had an appointment, but it was still 30 minutes past my appointment before they even spoke to me, knowing how at best this store is hard to navigate, I did not bring my trailer; but rather took the tires off myself and brought them to the store. After 30 minutes, they did come get the tires over my truck and place them on the floor in the bay. I had a front row seat in my truck to watch them do nothing with them for another 30 minutes. When they finally got to them, I could watch them intermittently work on them between other tires. Fortunately, since I was watching, I could see that they did not balance the tires. When they brought them to my truck, I pointed out that I would like them balanced, and was told they don’t do that for trailer tires. I countered that since I paid for that service I would like to have it. This of course, caused another 15 minute delay or so and definitely irritated the employee doing the balancing. It seemed as if he moved extra slow, just to prove a point. I will not be returning to this store – ever. If, as in this case, another store does not have the tire in stock, I will just buy it elsewhere before returning here. If my feedback seems extreme, rest assured, I am actually holding back how truly disgusted I am with my experience here. This is not the customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at a discount tire. I will stick to the store at 121/Custer where I feel valued as a customer.
