Found ourselves camping in Alabama many miles from our NC home when a tire on our travel trailer experienced a road hazard failure. I had originally purchased a Discount Tire road hazard certificate when that tire was installed at a Discount Tire store in Columbus, GA a couple years ago, so did an internet search for a DT store nearby our Demopolis, AL campsite. Closest one was this Montgomery store, 2 hours away. Called, explained my situation to Konoa who patiently listened despite it being very close to closing time on a Saturday. Made arrangements to take the tire to the store on Monday with no appointmrnt needed. When I got to the store, Konoa handled the transaction, which went quite smoothly and I was in and out in about thirty minutes. My experience with Discount Tire has included transactions in different stores in three states and I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the stores and tire installation areas, along with the professionalism of staff and skill of technicians. Having now personally experienced the benefit of having road hazard protection, I recommend the purchase of the Discount Tire certificates.

My experience the day of my purchase 12/24, was decent but a day after my purchase 12/26 all tires low and received no service. I had to put air in my tires after waiting for 5 minutes. 0 rating after the sale
