New Tires and Wheel Store in Phoenix, AZ 85018

I was greeted right away and was able to be seen right before closing time. They took excellent care of me and the car from start to finish. I was very impressed and will be using them for all future appointments.

Simply stated the technicians I dealt with on the day I was there provided outstanding customer service. It was a very busy day, but it seems every customer that walked in that day was treated as the most important. This is a rare behavior in retail establishments these days. Kudos to the managers and employees.

This was my second visit to this store. I thought I had an emergency, but I didn't. My tires were just low. There was no charge on this visit which I thought was great!

This discount tire is busy because of their quality service and attention to detail. My experience was great and when I left I saw that the crew who swapped my tires also made sure to replace my two missing air caps which prior shops I’ve visited in the past never replaced the air caps even when I specifically ask them. That’s why I recommend using discount tire because of the little things.

Great people and very helpful. My only complaint is that the restroom was pretty nasty, so definitely try to go before you go.
