My tires were nearing the end of their life and I was already planning this trip in my mind but today when I noticed a decent chunk of my tire missing I knew it was time. I happened to be in an area with a Discount Tire so I went into this shop to see what they could do for me. I was also strapped for time so I was looking for a quick tire replacement. I was greeted by Antonio M. who provided me with the best customer service. Antonio did an inspection on my truck and found some awesome replacement tires with some great rebates. He also applied my military discount and I was in and out in under and hour. Discount Tire at 1824 E Camelback Road is definitely the place to go and see my man Antonio M.!

Highly recommend this location, very clean and plenty of seating. They were busy at the time of my noon appointment, but everything ran smooth and quick. JP went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. In left knowing this was the right choice for new tires. Thank you.

Always a great buying experience at Discount Tire, the staff is very customer orientated. They get you in as quickly as they can all the while doing quality work. The bathrooms are consistently clean...that speaks volumns for sure for a business. Cannot say enough about this great company.

The only issue I had , was that it's so busy that there is not enough parking or room to maneuver your vehicle through the parking lot. On a good note, if you ever want the best customer service, JP is your guy to go to. He is very knowledgeable about the products, and addresses the issues with your tires and his customer service is outstanding.

Great atmosphere and quality service are the reasons I trust discount tire. I like the fact that there are many locations to go to in case if I have to go to a closer one. The location on Camelback near 18th St is always packed with cars, but I always get in and out. But I like the 15 the Ave and Bell Rd location that has ample parking spaces. So if I am in the Bell Rd area, that is where I prefer to go. Thanks for the great service and I will be back soon..

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an extremely welcoming and knowledgeable employee. He gave me an accurate time estimate for my car's maintenance and was incredibly considerate in that he checked in about halfway through to inform me of the progress of my car. Every team member at this location is so great! I’ve been taking my car to Discount for years and I appreciate the time and care they give every time I go in. They are always incredibly honest and do not try to overcharge you for replacements if it’s something they are able to patch which is so appreciated. If only car dealerships were the same way. . The team members that assisted me were so friendly and got me out of there in the time they estimated. Scheduling appointments is always so easy and the link they send to you to check your status is always nice too! Thank you guys for always being so wonderful. You are all the reason I keep coming back there.

Well I thought was for my past trip I took started at 75thave indain school heading to a tucson store then find my mom went discount on camelback and 18 street every thing was great I give camelback a 5 stars all the way

My experience with Discount tires has always been excellent. This week was awesome because I usually get my service done on the west side of town where I live but I went to a new location that was close to where I was handling personal business on the east side of town. This store's employees was polite, courteous, and showed concerned for my wellbeing after putting air in my tires, I was told by this very friendly young man that it would be dangerous to leave with the tires on my car in the poor condition that they were in and suggested that I go inside and speak to someone about replacing one of my tires possibly under warranty because there was damage to my left back tire from a nail imbedded in it. Once inside I was treated with the upmost respect and offered me a deal that I just couldn't refuse and left out of there relaxed because I knew that I didn't have to be nervous about any blow out on the freeway because after a complete and thorough inspection of all of my tires it turns out my two front tires were about to completely go. I left out with 4 new tires at a price that completely blew my mind because of how low the price I was quoted and able to afford. Absolutely incredible!
