I got four new tires at great price and installed faster than an Indy 500 pit stop. Branden who helped me was so amazing that he inspired me to be better at my own job.

I love the service I get at Discount Tire on Bell & Cave Creek. They are always very helpful and fast. One of my tires had a flat from a nail and they had it replaced and finished in one hour. They have the best prices around too.

I will revise my earlier review as I had both a district VP and the store manager call me regarding the previous bad experience. Chris L took care of me and has definitely gained back my trust as a customer. And the previous persons that I had the bad experience with was NOT Wilson R. That was the person that set up my appointment. Apologies to Wilson, and a big thank you to Chris.

I made an appointment 2 days before I came in for 4 tires and an alignment. Was quoted approximately 1.5 hours on the phone. Same time quote when I arrived. After 2 hours, with no one ever coming out to talk to me, I asked if my vehicle was almost ready. They said it was almost done. At 2.5 hours, I asked again, and they said they were just getting it ready for the alignment. I told them to stop since it was already an hour past what they quoted. The sales associate had the nerve to tell me that my car had held up several other vehicles as well.... Which makes no sense, as I had an appointment....and EVERYONE that had come in before me, along with most people after me had already left with their vehicles. I will never go back to this location just because of the attitude of the sales associate named Wilson R.
