New Tires and Wheel Store in Escondido, CA 92025

Our experience was great ! Went in to have my tire replaced as it blew out on me while on the freeway . Ended up having the tire sent from another store , but thankfully they were able to get it within an hour . By the time I came back , they had it ready and I was only waiting for a few minutes . Staff was very nice and helpful .

People were on top of everything regarding my tires. Came back two days later as TPMS light was one. Just need a new tire sensor.

I've purchased tires from Discount Tire twice, and both times were easy and quick. The service was excellent, and there were no pushy attempts to try and upsell. A year after buying my first set of tires, I ran over something that caused a slow leak in one of the tires. I took it to Discount Tire, and they repaired it in less than half an hour. No charge for the service. They are great!

Genaro absolutely went above and beyond when I showed up 10 minutes before closing time. He explained I could leave my car overnight because they still had about 14 or 15 cars to finish for the day. When I told him I was from out of town, 2 hours away, he immediately, without hesitation, arranged for my car to be taken care of. Even when it meant it was after work hours for him and his crew. I can’t thank Genaro enough for his humanity, his kindness, and his excellent customer service. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Genaro is a 10 out of 10 star!!!!

Salesperson I got was very unprofessional. I was the only peros. There and after 5 min I was acknowledged and finally helped. When checking in, the salesperson just asked my name and for my keys, but did not walk through my vehicle and did not ask what tire was flat, and subsequently entered wrong information that cause the tech to work for 50 min on the wrong wheel/tire. After the salesperson came back from his 1.5 hour lunch he noticed I was still there as my vehicle was finally getting finished up. Total time at the store was about 2 hours for a simple flat repair with an appointment.

I received outstanding service. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was greeted at my car and assisted immediately. I was given a quote of 45 minutes for the install of my 4 new tires and it was completed within that time. I was even provided a link that would provide me with the status of my install. I am extremely satisfied with my tires, the installation and overall service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tires.

I have been using this store for years with my vehicles and trailers. They are always professional and take care of me.

i purchased six tires for my dually truck. one of the wheels were damaged when they mounted the tire. they said they could polish out the damaged area. i looked at the wheel and observed a 1/8" gouge in the wheel. the wheel needed replacing. it took three weeks and several phone calls to get the wheel replaced.
