Had a great experience at this Discount Tire location. The store was clean and had that classic tire shop smell, and the associate I worked with (I believe their name was Jordan) was friendly and professional. Jordan assisted me in ordering the Michelin Pilot 4 All Season Tires to go with my new wheels, the KONIG Hexaform 18" Bronze Wheels. Now, I did not consider this in my rating because I am unsure if this is a Discount Tire issue or if it is the location issue, but I was extremely disappointed that I was unable to have my car wheel alignment performed. I own a 2024 Honda Civic Type R, and, while not the most common trim level of the civic, I was baffled that a CIVIC was unable to be aligned when my new tires and wheels were installed. As a gesture, I was given a $20 off coupon for an alignment service to be performed by a third part mechanic in the Mission Bay area, and Jordan called this company without me asking to verify that they are able to do the alignment for my car. I am all for business working together, that is the beautiful part of the business world; however, the obvious reality is that this is an inconvenience to Discount Tires' consumer base. I value my time heavily, and while I am taking advantage of the coupon given to me, I am having to take more time off of work to deal with something that should have been able to be accomplished at a single location. Again, I did not take this issue into consideration when doing my star rating, but I would like this to change so that the next time I need my alignment done on brand new tires, I do not have to go to another business and waste unnecessary amounts of time performing a service that I believe all tire shops should provide as standard.

I came in after work last Friday just about 20-25 minutes before they close & I believe his name was Daman at front desk helped me right away & the other gentleman in the back was working to fix my flat tire (I didn’t get his name) thank you both kindly for staying past your closing time just so my car tires are good to go. This location has excellent customer service & the employees certainly went above & beyond, I would certainly come back & will recommend to others for tire purchases or needs in the future!

The process from online ordering to drive away was seamless and efficient. Every representative with whom I had contact was very cordial with efficiency. Cesar was especially helpful and adept at responding to my questions.
