I have had excellent experience at this location, in buying new tires and in on-going tire repair. I highly recommend this store - very courteous and professional staff.

Cudos to Joseph who really took care of me. I ran into a ditch and hit a culvert breaking one of my alloy rims. Joseph got me a new rim, match my 20 year old rims, in one day. I had to put the wheel back on my truck because they were so backed up but I think it was pretty good service, all things considered.

Fast and friendly service!

I walked in at 3:15 for a tire swap and new rims for my car and left the store at 3:48. Originally was told it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half. These guys were so friendly and FAST. That was seriously the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a tire shop. My car runs so much better now that I have new rims. Thank you guys tons! You’re awesome!

Over priced for a TPS replacement if you have a faulty one or one fails. They kill you on install and labor costs. They also will argue with you about replacing a TPS if currently reads pressure or does after a reset. They don't seem to want to listen to you if you tell them it intermittently stops working and has for over 6 months irregardless of resetting all sensors and doing a re-learn. That, I did not appreciate since I told them as much when scheduling the appointment on line. Tire shops and dealerships love blowing this stuff off so you spend a lot more money on things you don't need and won't solve the problem until you're smart enough to figure it out. Fortunately they replaced the sensor like I asked, did a rotate, and all is well since. Probably was good I watched and saw it go up on the lift and tires come off from across the street. Just be aware -- a lot of places don't do the work the say they did on your tires including rotations so it's helpful to stay close by and make sure they do the work they claim they did, but especially if they charge for it.

Every visit I've made for tire changes has been a pleasure: the staff are professional, friendly, and thorough and the work excellent. I am glad that they check the tread depth on all tires each time, which gives me peace of mind as I drive, especially in the winter. Also, last summer I ran over what looked like a cord in the street but actually had something like a screw attached. My tire blew and I limped to Discount Tire a couple of miles away, where they immediately took my car in, removed the embedded item, and fixed the tire with a plug. I was very happy to have that excellent service and even to keep the tire! Since I'd bought the tires pretty recently, there was no charge for the repair.
