Adam and team were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! At no point did I feel overwhelmed or confused; he took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense to me. He did not try to up-charge me or sell me anything I didn't need. I will always recommend Discount Tire (especially the Evans location) to friends and family.

I have been a customer of Discount Tires for 40 years and have worked with lots of their stores, but the customer service from this store was excellent. When a problem arose from their work that they could not fix, they took responsibility and made it right without a hassle. Things happen but I feel it's how a business responds that makes it trustworthy and I was very pleased with the response from Jesse and the store.

Look at the 1 star Google reviews for this location. The folks who received poor service: many of us have used Discount Tire for YEARS. I have NEVER had any other Discount Tire store give me poor customer service like I received earlier this week. I look at tires multiple times a day for a living. I know when I need to replace my tires, and I know when said tire can be repaired. Additionally, I could have called AAA and safely had the vehicle towed to another location. Do not tell me that you can't put the tire back on once you take it off. Yes, you can.

Work was done sooner than predicted. The car runs great now.

I had an appointment but still had to wait almost an hour for the technician to start working on my car.

The customer lobby was under construction but the temporary waiting area was very comfortable on a very hot day. It is my go to Discount Tire store and have been a customer for years.
