This location is the best. They always have what I need and take care of any issues promptly and professionally. They are a little busier than other stores, but the wait is worth it.

I was all struck by the professionalism, the communication and the technology that you guys have with the texting winner cars are ready. What have you? I was quoted a time and it was pretty close to spot on I dealt with Efron very professional young man like I said I’m in my 60s and I haven’t seen that quality of Customer focused Service in a long time great job you guys give Efron a raise. They said my car would be done at 2:30, 2-1/2 hours after I dropped it off. I show up at 2:30 it’s been sitting on the rim for 2+ hours, still not done. It caused me to be late to my second pop up and get in trouble and work and then to top it off - they drove my car on the rim into the shop. I took a video and if anything is wrong with my rim or alignment I will be holding you guys responsible. Beyond dissatisfied.

I would highly recommend Discount Tire at this location to anyone! I purchased my tires online. They took my car in exactly at my appointment time. Told me it would be 40 minutes and 45 minutes later I was driving away! Great experience. Keagen was an excellent representative!

This visit was a follow up visit based on previous attempts to have a slow leak repaired. Those attempts were not successful. After the 2nd attempt I left feedback which resulted in a call from the store. I was told the tire would be replaced. This trip accomplished that replacement. I was very impressed that the tire could be replaced. Doing so made me a very satisfied customer. Thanks!!
