IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT WHEN I HAVE A SEMI-EMERGENCY TIRE NEEDTHE TEAM WILL FIT ME IN NO MATTER WHAT! HAVING WROTE THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE GET CHANGED TO A STANDARD ONE SIZE FITS ALL PRICE INSTEAD OF BASED ON THE COST OF THE NEW REPLACEMENT TIRE OR AT LEAST KEEP IT AT THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR 4 NEW TIRES! I FEEL LIKE IT IS NICKEL AND DIMING ME A LITTLE.

Dealt with 3 associates from check in to departure. All three were extremely knowledgeable, professional and extremely respectful. Definitely coming back for my next set of tires.

This is the most well run tire store (any service store) I have ever been to. Each employee has a job and each were doing their job. There was an high level of professionalism and courtesy to the customer. The store was very busy but the work was being done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Discount Tire store at Philips and Baymeadows.
