Great people stellar service!!

I had a great experience at this store. They helped me check in, and assisted me with my car. Everything was handled with care and ease. I was on my way in no time for my flat on my tire, when they said they other discount tire store couldn't help me . I'm glad that they knew what they were doing, and had great customer service. I would recommend this store over any other discount tire store.

I had a great experience not only was I basically in and out but I also ended up saving money because Alex recommended that I could actually get my tire repaired instead of getting a whole new one.

In and out within 45 minutes. I forgot to ask for a spare tire replacement and added it on after they were done w all 4 tires and I was still done within an hour. Brought my work laptop to work from their free wifi while waiting but it was so quick I barely needed to bring it. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly and showed genuine personal interest. If you have no idea what you’re doing, they will help orient you. I never felt pressured into a decision. They made recommendations when I asked and gave me objective feedback on how to choose which tires to get for me.

I got a set of 35’s (which I know is not an easy tire to work with) on steelies and the guys did a great job balancing the wheels with the weights on the inside of the drum where they won’t show on a black wheel. This was my 5th set of tires bought at this location and you can already guess where I’ll get my 6th. Thanks guys! I enjoyed my experience at your store!

Sam is a great store representative, I received my car sooner than expected and Eric was very knowledgeable about tire selection for my mini. This is my go to for tires! Thanks for a job well done.

The employee was great

Tire developed leak on way home from Atlanta to New York. Arrived early at Discount Tire in Duluth. Greeted immediately by Alex even though store not yet opened. At 8am, car rolled into bay. Tire fixed quickly and expertly by polite, fast-working tech. And, remarkably, No Charge! (I tipped tech, of course, as gesture of gratitude,) Repair perfect. Back in NY safe and sound. Have told Atlanta area friends and family to deal with Discount Tire -- and Alex -- when need arises. Many thanks.

My experience was outstanding Sam is the best he made me feel so comfortable out his store he explained everything I needed to k ow about my tire and what I needed to do to fix it he is a outstanding guy the whole store is I haven't seen customer service like that in a long time everyone was very professional and fast I was in and out in about 30 to 40 mins and I have a big lifted truck with 37 inch tires on my truck they handle them like they was 10inch tires lol my experience was awesome thanks Sam
