I was helped right away, and after describing what I wanted was given my options for tires and an appt was made with the 90 minute wait time at appt. The actual appt only took about 60 minutes. The team was great!

I had a great experience and really enjoy the two new tires on my car.

These guys are the best. They diagnosed my problem quickly, offered multiple solutions, and then put 4 new tires on my truck in less than an hour. Outstanding service. I recommend discount to everyone.

As always great service. I have used them many years. This is one store that has never given up their customers service standards . If you have never used them the workers hustle go get things done. They are a diamond in the rough .

First I scheduled an appointment online for a flat tire. Went there and brought my flat tire only, not my car and they evaluated it. Told me that they would recommend replacing but if I wanted to just have it repaired if able they'd be happy to do so. I said sure and asked what the wait time was and the employee said they always recommend an hour, so I was able to go home and wait since I lived close by. Once they were done I came back and they told me that there was just a hole in it, showed me where it was and plugged it as well as rebalanced my tire free of charge. Very happy with the visit!

Had an appointment for 1 pm. Car didn’t get taken back to service area till 1:45. Didn’t leave store till almost 2:30. Not sure why you have appointment times if you don’t service vehicles somewhat close. I was also irritated when I made my appointment I told the rep that I would need to purchase 2 new winter tires. When I came for my appointment a week later, service center didn’t have said winter tires that I had previously purchased at the store. So I had to come back a week later for another appointment after tires arrived.
