I make my appointments on-line the majority of the time and they are always courteous and very respectful of the amount of time you wait. They do their best to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time but still doing a good job.

Great friendly service. I purchased my tires online and set up an appointment for installation on the website. I totally expected an up sale upon my arrival at the store but did not get one which was awesome. I was told by the the service tech it could take up to an hour to have my tires installed, but 15 minutes later I was walking out the door and my vehicle was complete.

The employees quickly responded to my questions and needs. They provided options, but did not try to push me into something I didn’t want. I always enjoy the professional and courteous attitude of all the employees of Discount Tire. They provide a professional and efficient environment that I have not experienced from their competitors.

The individual who greeted us as the counter was immediately rude and condescending. I had ordered online and made an appointment to have the tires installed. She said because I ordered through Tire Rack that my tires weren't there and I would have to contact them. I told her that I received a tracking confirmation that they had arrived along with numerous automated texts from Discount Tire. She then said "I don't know what to tell you but your tires aren't here". I asked if they could look again and they finally found my "missing" tires after telling me that there was nothing they could do. I will NOT be going back to this Discount Tire ever again. Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly bitter employees at the front.

This location stretched my new vehicle and denied responsibility, even after they apologized numerous times and said it would be taken care of. I do not recommend going to this location at all.

Repeat customer! Decent prices and great customer service. It's usually a quick trip when I get tires installed. Minimal wait even for the TWO tires I got with nails in them last year, 2 weeks apart :/. Would recommend!
