Discount Tires has taken care of all my needs. I had an experience where I hit something in the road and flattened my right front tire. I called Discount Tire in Wilsonville, they sent out a flat bed truck out and picked up my SUV, brought us back to Discount Tire and replaced my Tire and I was on my way in an hour. Great Company.

The people here attempt to find what you want and need. They don't just try to sell you the tire they have in stock.

They say you wait 30% less if you make an appointment, don’t expect that to be true. They told me 45 minutes to an hour to get my tires rotated and I had an appointment.

The staff and manager there are great. Helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. I’ll be back for sure.

Even with limited staffing at times the staff & management at Discount Tire Wilsonville location has been incredible. Always a great experience at this particular store, they are 100% customer service 100% of the time. Don’t go anywhere else, other discount tire stores are grossly mismanaged and the wait times And personal contact is atrocious. Discount Tire Wilsonville sets the bar for great customer experience and tire knowledge and keeps our families and friends returning for all of our tire needs/maintenance. I will gladly and proudly speak the praises of my experience here. I pulled in panicking as my car alerted me to a low PSI (9) in my driver's side rear tire. I had no idea what to do! The gentleman greeted me immediately with a smile and confidence putting my stress at ease. He said it would be approximately one hour for them to inspect the tire to make sure it was safe to fill/repair which is exactly the time it took. He educated me on what the process of safety inspections entailed as well as showing me the chart as a visual. I appreciated that. The other gentleman that informed me that my car was complete was also extremely kind, caring and professional. What started as a stressful experience turned in to a genuinely warming one. Thank you all so much!
