New Tires and Wheel Store in Memphis, TN 38125

Had a nail in my tire. Was told the nail wasn’t my problem, it was a leaky valve stem. 35 minutes later, I’m cleared to leave bc my problem is now fixed. NOPE. I get home and see they never removed the nail. I’ve got pictures before and after, it’s the same nail. Just frustrated that a simple problem can’t be handled. Makes me question their ability to do a good job

Brandon (manager) and his team did a great job in helping find an alternative to the tires I ordered that did not show up as expected. In fact, the solution they came up with was a superior tire at the originally quoted price. In addition, their service was exceptional and I will be returning again in the future when needs arise.

I first came to this location because I had a slow leak in my tire. I did not purchase the tires on my vehicle from Discount Tire, so I was expecting to pay and because they fixed my tire at no cost is what lead me to then purchase my new set of tires for the vehicle. I went to Goodyear on Winchester where I purchased the tires, and the manager was so rude until he said it was going to be a least 3 or 4 hours before they could even look at the tire and there was only 2 people in the lobby and I had made an appointment the day before with the assistant manager and he told me to come at that time but he was not there that morning, so I left and drove to Discount tire on Hacks cross and I was on my way in about 45 minutes and they fixed it free. That customer service went a long way with me.

I came to the store near closing time. I left and returned the next afternoon. I did not see the person I saw upon my first visit but another person helped me right away. I’ve used this particular Discount Tire before and never had any issues. Initially I was going to purchase 2 tires but the salesperson from the day prior showed where it was in my best interest to purchase 4. Therefore, Ipurchased 4. The person that helped me on that day was courteous and very professional and my tires were on and I was ready to go in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this discount tire for their courtesy and prompt service as well as professionalism.

When I arrive, I was immediately greeted and helped with my issue. Very knowledgeable of tires. They were completely done in less than 15 . This minimal wait time was something I never encountered when getting my tires mounted and balanced. Great job!
