New Tires and Wheel Store in Houston, TX 77008

I have been going to Discount Tire for many years. Same store in Houston. Through the years, I've never had anything other than an excellent experience and at times the service has exceeded my expectations. Steven and his associates were outstanding on this go-round. The guy and young lady that actually changed the tires were also tip-top! Discount Tire: highly recommended.

it was just a screw in the tire, but no repairable. replaced tire with same size and charged new warrenty sixteen bucks. nice.

This store has evolved and grown leaps and bounds since my first visit 5 years ago. (Five years ago, I had an experience that made me feel like I needed to find a different Discount Tire. My experience earlier this week changed that narrative for me.) Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone has good energy and wants your wait to be brief, but a good experience. Shoutout to them for their evolution and growth.

I ordered tires online and made an installation appointment. The entire team was great. I was greeted in the parking lot, taken to the waiting room, offered water, and provided with several updates about the status of my vehicle. No high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. I was in and out with a new set of tires in less than 45 minutes!

Sales associates were attentive, quick, and communicated wait times.

Teddy started the process with great energy & genuine solutions. When referring me over to Eric I had an issue with the wrong size tires. Justin (Manager) & Eric got me the right size tires calming my mind. The tires could’ve potentially damage the car & I'm happy with how inexpensive it was. They are very helpful in emergency situations. I’m glad that crew is the local store in my neighborhood. Justin is leading the crew very well.

The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.
