About Our Tire Shop

Discount Tire serving Greater Heights, Oak Forrest/Garden Oak, and LazyBrook/TimberGrove areas of Houston specializes in rims and tires. Our store is located on the corner of East T.C. Jester Boulevard and West 20th Street. We share a parking lot with Restaurant Depot, King’s Bierhouse, and I Cycle Bike Shop.

Stop in for a complimentary air pressure check and inspection. From our four service bays, on-site experts perform precision services including wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair.

Did you know our store offers mobile installation? For a small fee, you can schedule convenient mobile tire installation within our installation radius. With our exclusive Discount Tire service vans, we’ll bring our famous customer service to you! Just call us to book your appointment!

While we assist you with your vehicle, you are welcome to enjoy free Wi-Fi in our showroom. Hungry? There are several restaurants nearby. If you want to grab a breath of fresh air, White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail is just across the street.

This is the best Discount Tire store with which I have done business. The store was humming with efficiency. The employees were communicating and respectful with each other, keeping them on task and clearly working hard to get the vehicles in and out on time. Isaiah was friendly and was great at keeping me updated on my car's progress. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given care due to the rain upon leaving. Kudos to the store and team! 5 stars

When you get to this location, ask for Teddy and Isiah. They are indispensable. They will take care of you! I have been a customer of this location for over a decade. Employees come and go, but Teddy and Isiah are constant reminder of honesty, decency, and great customer care.

Everyone was so personable and welcoming. I had 4 new tires installed. I made an appt on line the day before. So my wait time to be serviced was short. It was a great experience.

It was fast easy to book and quick. I would give it 5 stars but, ether they broke my tire sensors or they inflated the tires wrong. I have a tire warning light they said would go off with a bit of driving that never goes off now.

I have been going to Discount Tire for many years. Same store in Houston. Through the years, I've never had anything other than an excellent experience and at times the service has exceeded my expectations. Steven and his associates were outstanding on this go-round. The guy and young lady that actually changed the tires were also tip-top! Discount Tire: highly recommended.

it was just a screw in the tire, but no repairable. replaced tire with same size and charged new warrenty sixteen bucks. nice.
