I am very happy with my experience at this Discount Tire. I have been in a bad accident so I take my car safety seriously. I was recommended to replace my front tires when I was just trying to air up my tires. Unexpected expense but I welcome it when it comes to my safety.

I was visiting from out of town and heading back home for a three hour drive. However, with luck before getting out of town at 3:30pm my car indicated my tire pressure was low. In June 2024, I had my tire plugged at another discount tire so I decided to head back to them. At 4pm, when I arrived the store was extremely busy with a full waiting room. However, I was helped quickly within 10 minutes and they discovered a screw in one of my tires. I drive a lot and my thread was low so I had to replace all four tires. Although, it was not what I wanted to hear I knew it was time based upon my prior visit in June 2024 and the average time I last purchased tires. Discount Tire installed all four tires and I was back on the road by 5:30pm. I am glad I was still in town when this happened and not out in the rural area I was heading to. Although, it was an inconvenience and later in the day, Discount Tire made the experience as pleasant as can be for the circumstances.

I purchased tires about six months ago and I go into the tire air section for them to check the pressure when I went in this time I received service from a gentleman named Matt and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did he air up my tires but he affected my windshield wipers told me that he would go inside and grab some and also install them, I didn’t even know that Discount Tire sold windshield wipers. I’ve never in the 40 years that I’ve been going to Discount Tire. Have I ever had them inspect my windshield wipers like I said I was thoroughly impressed with Matt, but I also purchase all my tires from Discount Tire because I get such great service from them.
