Originally visited the store the precious afternoon but since it was the beginning of a holiday weekend there was a pretty good wait time. Since it was not urgent st this time, I opted to make an appointment for the following morning. While check-in was a little slow, due to walk in customers, the overall process was grest and the staff was very cordial to all customers.

Every staff member was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and service-oriented...not only with me, but with every customer they encountered while I was there, and they worked with many! They demonstrated patience and understanding as well as competence and efficiency. I was very impressed with the entire group! I have been a loyal customer for years and this store really stood out...I will be back!

Gosh I wished I remembered a name but I think Jeff mentioned not to change out tire sensors as instructed 1st/2nd time to do all 4 by another advisor until it needed; appreciate it. Overall all service advisors are attentive, polite & work to get you out as promised. Sam (my vehicle) is high maintenance (eye roll) so we've been a regular these past few weeks/months. Place neat & "comfortable" (for a shop). Definitely savings versus dealership prices; plus plus plus for the same quality!!!!

I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time purchasing tires and Blake helped ease all of those anxieties with his kind demeanor and knowledge of the tires. We discussed how much I drive everyday and future plans for my car before we came to a set of tires that met all of my needs. The process was very smooth as well! After the transaction, Blake and his other associates would check back in with me to give occasional updates and when I should expect to be out. Time flew by and before I knew it I was out and about and it felt WONDERFUL driving on the new tires. A big thank you to Blake and his team for making this an easy process.

7star previous survey is because of change of "sale"/upsale. Be consistent with information given. Arrival staff explained thoroughly (in my opinion) during service (I observed a possible challenge; service staff observed my notice to inquire with me) "what's up?" (I wanted to eye roll but didn't; I am VERY sure they knew why I was curious. Then the UPSALE began (change of "sale"/upsale); I refused and magically service completed "successfully!" Please don't upsale customers!!!!!

Blake was and the young lady that assisted me were very polite and professional. I payed for the tires online. My tires were installed in less than hour. Great experience.
