I purchased a new set of tires with installation from Discount Tire. My appointment was scheduled at 8AM. Within minutes of the store opening, a salesman greeted me and asked me what I was there for. He did a walkthrough of my vehicle and entered my information into the system. He told me it would take 20 - 30 minutes to install the new tires. Within 10 minutes, my car was done and I was on the road. I have never experienced such a high level of efficiency in the history of any vehicle service provider I have used over my life. This is the type of service every vehicle service provider should strive for. You have earned my business for life.

I've used the services of this store several times. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience recently where it took 4 visits to get an issue resolved.

I was greeted upon entry. I was told that the service needed wouldn't take long (and it didn't). I was informed about the windshield wipers inspection, indicating that employees are knowledgeable about sales and promos. I am pleased that my tire pressure light is off, since I was able to get 4 TPMS sensors replaced at a reasonable price! Excellent work!
