Way too busy to try and fix your tires. They say they fix them but don’t actually. When you buy the additional warranty they will make excuses on why they can’t honor the warranty.

The Nortgate Discount is my tire store. I booked my switchover appointment online and came in for my winter tire switchover. I decided to have Discount Northgate replace my wiper blades as well. I shopped online and learned this would cost less than buying at the auto parts store and installing myself. I tried to add this onto the appointment prior, but the phone call got disconnected. I added this in the store and paid for when I dropped off the car. I got a call from the shop asking me where some hardware I brought in was so they could do the switchover. They located it. We determined the hardware was not placed inside the car, which is what the shop prefers. I encouraged them to call me for things like this. The next call was to tell me my care was ready. I asked if they got my new wiper blades on? They affirmed. I picked up the car after and my switchover went very well. They reminded me my summer tires need to be replaced. I plan to have Discount help me with this next switchover. However my driver's side wiper streaked. Next morning I noticed my old blades were not replaced. Had to make a return trip to correct. The counter man took care of himself, minimal wait. He warned me to check the blade performance, sometimes they streak upon replacement. I turned wipers on, no more streaking. This put a big smile on my face. The return trip was worthwhile. Discount Northgate needs to improve the communication between the front counter and the shop. Otherwise I'd score them 5 stars.
