David helped us right away. Made sure our tires got done and even our wipers. Made sure to tell us of some other things needing repair in the near future. We weren't even in there for an hour that's how quick it was. Part of that was because we booked and paid online that they were so quick. I would recommend this store. And I would recommend booking online for even faster service

If you are lucky enough to meet David, you will have a great time at this store! I had to wait 30 minutes or so for them to get my truck in, but once it was started they were extremely fast and the quality was perfect. I would return here

If possible, schedule your visits on line that way you can expect your needed service to be addressed immediately. Nick the gentlemen that assisted me was very professional and addressed my cars needs and my concerns.

Always a great experience at Discount Tire, Tower Road. The operation is a miracle of efficiency and customer service. Cesar is an exemplary service advisor. I always enjoy going there and watching the operation of the team.

Very knowledgeable team, I was in a set of tires I didn’t like (KO2s) and got put in a new set (Falken Wildpeaks AT4) hassle free. Garrett the store manager and the members who helped me (William, Cesar, and Taylor) were all very professional and courteous.

Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, I will definitely return for future service.

Tires are solid for price some associates don't know how to take care of certain things but keep going back eventually they will take care of you the way they are supposed to

Good service, came in an hour before closing and was helped without question. Came in for a repair, was informed that my tires should be replace in 3 to 4 months because of wear, which I knew. They had my size tires in stock and could install them. Waited about 1.5 hours to get installed. Good job

Pretty simple visit this time. Had them fix a flat tire for me. The check in process was quick and simple. Pick up was quick and simple. Only negative I was told that it would take 2.5 hours to get my tire fixed, but in reality it took about 5 minutes to fix. By the time the tire was fixed, I was back at home since I thought it would take a while for them to fix my tire. Just had to drive back and pick up later in the day.

I appreciate the manager following up with me after a previous visit. Took the time to assure my experience was better. Not many places do that.

After several attempts to get our tire fixed. You guys did a wonderful job to solve the issue. My wife and I truly appreciated your service. That includes all those involved.
