I’ve been coming to this specific Discount Tire location since the late 1990s, so I’ve been a customer here for almost 30 years. I’ve always expected great service, even though the employees may not realize how long I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this location. My recent experience with Manager Michael and Discount Tire Associate Michael was simply amazing. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was right. After nearly 30 years of doing business at this location, I can honestly say that people like Michael and Michael are exactly what keeps customers coming back. They represented Discount Tire extremely well, and I truly appreciate the way they treated me. Thank you, Michael and Michael, for the outstanding service. You guys were awesome, and I really appreciate everything you did!

One of my tires was had a slow leak. I picked this location because it was close to work. The attendant did not use a bay or lift. They said they checked everywhere and there was nothing in the tire and all tests came back that it was good. The tire still leaked after the visit. I went to another company and within minutes they found a screw in the tire. Very disappointed and frustrated that I wasted time at Discount Tire. Their reputation and rank for me has changed considerably.

Great store, very nice and knowledgeable staff. Jonny was great, helped me with new set of tires for my Honda. With new tires it feels much safer to drive on highways and in the mountains.
