    I bought these tires on the recommendation of discount Salesperson as they didn't make an 18 inch tire for my sequoia in the Michelin X ice line, a tire I have used on 4 previous cars. I only have 900 miles on them because they were no better on snow and ice that the regular all season tires that were on the car. In addition, they were very noisy on dry freeway travel which often comprises more than half of my winter driving. They whole experience has jaded my impression about Discount tire. I have also learned that there are more than one Blizzak model each having a different tread pattern. Don't waste your 1200.00 like I did. The Michelin Lattitude X-Ice that I Have on a 4 Runner and on my wife's RAV4 are phenomenal. I have simply left her X-Ice tires on year round and they have 45,000 miles on them and look good for another 10-15k. They are great on wet and dry cornering and stopping. I may end up like the little old lady in the commercial and throwing the Blizzaks through the window.
