Everything was great. Only complaint I have was the tire replaced was way over inflated. Should’ve been 33 but it was 47.

The service attendants on all occasions I have been there have been fantastic. Luis helped me get receipts for past purchases that I needed to have emailed to my insurance. Alex was excellent helping me with my new car and making sure I had warranty coverage and checked my tires. Excellent men kind and thorough explaining to me about everything.

Matt was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

Being a single mother can be overwhelming when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle and in the past I have gotten taken advantage of in the sense that I feel because I am a woman what was done too my prior vehicle was not done effectively or safely and I ended up having to spend more money to get the initial work done because it was not done right. I really appreciate that every gentleman that I dealt with at the shop was super friendly super kind super professional very willing to help had every one of my questions answered efficiently and made me feel super comfortable there I will definitely be back and I will definitely be referring people to Discount Tires. One last thing I really appreciated as well was that I chose to sit outside at like a picnic concrete table they had because I had some phone calls to take care while I waited, and one of the technicians would come outside to look for me and ask me the questions that they needed to and the poor guy kept walking back in and coming back out to talk to me instead of asking me to come inside that way he didn't have to walk as much and he just did not seem bothered by it at all I really appreciated that. I could tell the comfort of the client is definitely one of the most important things to them. There were younger gentlemen working there older gentleman working there and it seemed like they all behaved in the same manner which is really amazing to see the consistency in the way that they are trained and in the way the company portrays themselves. Last thing, overall the work was done a lot quicker than I expected and they actually got done quicker than the time that I was initially told would be the estimate to be waiting.

I came due to a low tire, I bought two new tires for the price and for safety.

Long wait times

Left front tire lost the wheel weights before I got home. Will go back and get it redone.

Had an appointment at 9:15, my car was not looked at or was I acknowledged well after 10:00 Not happy with being ignored after having an appointment
