The west Greeley location is the only place I go for tires! Always great service.

What is the purpose of having an appointment selection time on web if you can’t keep the appointment time commitment. I was told a hour to complete it was 2 hours.

I had been quoted a competitive matching price over the phone but when I arrived a different salesman took care of me and would not honor the price. I normally give Discount 10's on my surveys but this time gave them a couple off 8's. I had no intention of going somewhere else but was a little perturbed that the matching price was not honored. I got a call from the manager, Aaron Rogers the following Monday asking why his store did not get all 10's one the survey and I explained what happened. He said he would honor the matching price. Instead we agreed to discount the road hazard the difference from the quoted price. I showed up the following Friday and he honored the agreed upon price. Aaron has made me more of a Discount Tire fan because of his honor and integrity. It is so nice to see there are people of such high integrity still around.

They were efficient and friendly, and repaired my tire at no charge. I will be back when I need new tires.
