I would like to recognize Donny, the Manager, and the entire team at Discount Tire Store FLJ 02 (9440 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225-8221) for their outstanding performance. I dropped off my vehicle for a re-check on the tires. Donny personally made sure that he and his staff thoroughly investigated the issue. The service was quick and excellent — they called me after just one hour to let me know the tire check was complete. When I arrived, the car was already ready and waiting for pickup. Donny and his team did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing the issue with great care and professionalism. Their efficiency, clear communication, and commitment to getting it right made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back to this store again and will happily recommend Discount Tire FLJ 02 to friends and family. There is no other tire company in my experience and opinion. My family and I have purchased tires for our vehicles from Discount Tire from Jacksonville to San Diego, CA and have always been extremely satisfied with the service, pricing, and customer service. Particularly the store on Beach Blvd near Hodges Blvd. The manager, Donnie, and his staff have always been welcoming and helpful assisting my family and I with all of our tire needs for years now.

Absolutely amazing and fantastic staff and experience.

My experience at discount tire was nothing short of exemplary! The service the installation and the upfront pricing could not be from any of their competitors. I did a lot of research here in Jacksonville. I went into different stores. I shopped online. I did several things and comparison priced. Not only was Tire Outlet the cheapest in price, but they were also the most upfront in service and the quickest in installation. For some reason. Discount tire was also the quickest one to have the tires I wanted available and it only took an hour for them to get my tires in whereas all the other shops I went to even with their own brands it was gonna take 3 to 4 days for them to get the tires In. I so appreciate discount tires sales service, and as far as I’m concerned, they’ve earned a lifelong customer.

Good service in a timely manner

That was an excellent gesture and went well beyond what I expected. Even though I had a frustrating experience with the long wait times on both days, your personal attention and this generous resolution have completely turned things around. I am not likely to recommend Discount Tire to friends or family because of the extremely poor service and inefficient operations I experienced on two separate visits. On April 14, 2026, at approximately 2:30 PM, I walked in without an appointment. The store manager, Donny, personally assured me they could immediately install four new tires on my Mercedes GLA 250 and perform a rotation and balance on my Acura Integra. I paid in full for the new tires upfront and specifically asked for a wheel alignment check as well. After waiting two and a half hours, neither vehicle had even been started. Frustrated by the complete lack of progress, I left and returned the next day. On April 15, 2026, I made actual appointments for both vehicles and arrived on time. Even with confirmed appointments, it still took the store more than 30 minutes to begin work, followed by another two-hour wait while the jobs were supposedly being completed. The entire process was disorganized, slow, and showed a clear disregard for customers’ time. Having to make two separate trips, wasting hours waiting with zero progress on the first visit, and still facing significant delays on the second visit was extremely frustrating. This level of inefficiency and broken promises is unacceptable, especially from a company that positions itself as a convenient tire service provider. Until these operational issues are fixed, I cannot recommend Discount Tire.

Every trip to Discount Tire has always been a good experience. They are quick and efficient. The staff is kind. I love the text that we receive regarding the status of our service and not sitting around waiting for a phone call. I instantly felt a difference as soon as I drove off the lot. The mechanics are great at what they do and the customer service is wonderful.
