I purchased the tires online and made an appointment for the installation. I recommend this method because I was in and out of the very busy store in a little over an hour, where I expected it to take much longer. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the installer was efficient. Great job, overall.

Had a blow out on the interstate on my way home from vacation, I arrived at the store, they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was out of the store and on my way home 45 min less than the time I was quoted.

Purchased the tires on-line and they matched the lower drive-out price from Costco. Purchased on a Thursday and made an appointment for drop off Saturday morning. The tires arrived Friday and they were finished with the car in just over an hour! Overall very positive experience.

It was my first time at Discount Tire and Darryl was great! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I was unsure about which tires to get and he was very patient in getting me multiple quotes to fit my budget! Would highly recommend.
