New Tires and Wheel Store in Lebanon, TN 37087

Had road hazard warranty on all my tires, however when my wife ended up with a tire damaged she went to the closes Discount Tire. They said there would be no charge but did not have the tire. They found the tire at another store, aired up the damaged tire and sent her to the other store (Lebanon). They should have had the tire delivered to them. They ( Mt. Juliet Store)said she needed to go to the other store and not try to drive it home. My thoughts then is why would you send her down the interstate to another store. When she got to the other store they changed the tire and charged her the full price. The next day I called the store and they said she should not have been charged. They could not give us the credit without me having to return to the store. I have my receipt for the credit however 4 days later I still have not received my credit to my Credit Card account. Their charge hit my account immediately. Not happy with Discount Tire. I have been a customer since they opened in Nashville, however going forward that will change. Service may be no better elsewhere however I will move on from here.

This is the best place to buy tires. They are very helpful, kind and courteous. I recommend Dale Austin to anyone coming to buy tires. He helped me and did a wonderful job. He made sure I was taken care of right away and inspected my car when it was ready. Thank you Dale Carol Dupuis

On your busy days, please check people in faster and have more salespeople ready to serve. Other than that you are awesome!
