They were super friendly and fairly quick for being a super busy shop. They gave me a free tire rotation and repaired the flat tire I had due to a nail stuck in the tread. Definitely a trust worthy place overall!

I had a great experience at the Discount Tire on Ben White Blvd. I had made an appointment but arrived about 15 minutes early, and the team was incredibly accommodating and able to take me right away. One of my tires had been losing about two PSI overnight with no visible damage. I had already taken it to another garage, but they couldn’t find the leak (and I’m not convinced they really tried). The team here quickly located the issue, patched the tire free of charge, and even threw in a tire rotation. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I need new tires in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Discount Tire.

I needed a used tire mounted and balanced. My technician was extremely knowledgeable about used tires, brand quality, and the importance of tire balancing maintenance. I was in and out quickly, learning more about used tires than I would have ever thought.

Back in 1992 this location was about the only Discount Tire store in Austin. I bought a set of tires for my Nissan Sentra and the installer over-tightened the bolts, resulting in an unpleasant morning after I had a flat, with sheared bolts and a tow to my mechanic's shop. I wrote a complaint letter to Discount Tire, not really expecting a reply. But within days I had communications from the store and from corporate, offering to make me happy. I have been a loyal customer ever since. I normally do business at the Bee Cave store, but found myself at the Ben White store because I had a flat tire nearby. The best part is that I had no doubts about doing business at this, or any other, any Discount Tire store. The professional culture at Discount Tire is palpable. Their central record/computer system means my service and warranty record is always available, no matter which store I'm in. And I was not disappointed with the Ben White store. Manny was friendly and very helpful and stepped right up with professional service. My car was ready to go sooner than the estimated time. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Excellent staff and service

They could not get my tire pressure device to work & they told me to drive a bit and it would work . I brought car back the next day & they changed the sensors and still it does not work. What do I do?
