Great customer service!

A very short and pleasant experience even though it was a Saturday morning and they were slammed with customers. The sales rep., Austin, was thorough and efficient and maintained a pleasant and helpful attitude. I was in and out with four new tires within 30-45 minutes of my appointment time. Great job, again, everyone!

The staff are fantastic and Jake is the best. He always greets me by name when I walk into the store and takes great care of me to get the right tires and price. Credit to him and Discount Tire for having a top-notch salesman for all customers

Seemed to be a bit disorganized compared to my other visits. Several employees appeared to just be standing around. They had rolls of seat protectors, but didn't use them. My car has very light seats and got a bit dirty from the employees getting in and out.

Blaze is an amazing human being. Suuuuper knowledgeable, he answered all my questions & he made valid suggestions as to what I needed going forward. I did have to come back because my tire pressure light was still on after a couple days with my new tires but Jordan informed me that my sensors were just bad which was a relief. Easy fix. Thanks guys!
