I've been going to Discount Tire for years. The customer centric service this week didn't surprise me at all; actually I've become accustomed to it and trust the Discount Tire people with my vehicle needs. There is never any up-sell, they offer competitive pricing & knowledgeable / professional service. . When I arrived my goal was to make an appointment for tire rotation and new wiper blades. I was met at my truck in the lot and advised both could be completed immediately, providing I had time. I was finished and back on the road in less the 15 minutes. As always the service was GREAT! And since I previously purchased my truck tires at Discount Tire, the rotation was FREE. All I paid for were the wiper blades. Try Discount Tire - you won't be disappointed!

I recently used their excellent Mobile Tire Service for a tire that was badly damaged from a road hazard. I wasn't able to bring my car to their location, so they came to me. I previously bought a warranty on my new tires and Discount Tire covered the tire replacement. We're long-time customers and will continue to be so due to their prices, available brands, and excellent customer service!

I've always just gone in when i needed service, but I had gotten an email a Discount Tire Ad and I was looking at the site and realized I could make an online appointment I set the time got there at the designated time, immediately got checked in and within 45 minutes my car was returned to me with my tires rotated and balanced and off I went. Very thorough service and all personal I had contact with were professional. Would highly recommend Discount Service.

The workers are fast and very friendly. The estimate of waiting time was right on target.

Stopped shopping at other tire stores when I began using Discount Tire about 20 years ago. Competitive and importantly the most reliable service of any tire store I've ever used. I no longer bother shopping anywhere else for tires. Also, I regularly use and appreciate their free tire inflation and inspection service.
