Everyone at this store location is very professional. Very knowledgeable. Overall great experience, especially having to get all new tires and an alignment. Very helpful and very patient at explaining things to the customer, especially for someone who doesn't deal with this kind of stuff all day. I really appreciated that they took the time out of their day to talk to me and explain everything and answer all my questions that I had. Also the time it took to get my car serviced is unmatched. They were super quick about getting my car in and out and they were very accurate with their estimated service times.

Staff was not very friendly. My invoice was misplaced and the extra delay wrecked my work day schedule. Next time I’d tow my vehicle to another shop if I get a flat in front of this store.
