Great first time experience! Purchased online and found prices to be reasonable and the comparison tool works great. Combined with road warranty and after purchase services buying from Discount Tire is a no-brainer. I dropped off my auto to a very welcoming annd knowledgable staff and within the hour it was complete. All of this presented a truly stress-free purchase.

I was greeted upon entry. I was told that the service needed wouldn't take long (and it didn't). I was informed about the windshield wipers inspection, indicating that employees are knowledgeable about sales and promos. I am pleased that my tire pressure light is off, since I was able to get 4 TPMS sensors replaced at a reasonable price! Excellent work!

Outstanding service! Scheduled an appointment online to have my tire repaired due to having a screw imbedded. They repaired my tire in less time than they quoted and also replaced all of my lug nuts - because Ford uses defective lug nuts - for far less than the dealership quoted me. THANK YOU!!!!

My only gripe(due to my own fault) was having to wait a few hours. I needed my tires changed the day of my visit and couldn’t schedule an appointment online for that day. They were busy and seemed pretty quick on getting people in and out of there though. I would absolutely recommend setting an appointment unless you’re like me and had nothing but time to waste. All the staff seemed pretty friendly. Good location to have tires serviced for sure.

I had an issue where the front and rear tires was swapped on the right side of my car. Since I have a staggered setup, it led to some problems and weird noises. Brought my car back to DiscountTires, told them my issue, and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes.

Had to come back after two times to get tire balancing and sloppy job. The balancing was way off per the technician who worked on my car. So unacceptable. It’s still a little off so will need to go back. Working on shorter time to complete a job versus quality is a big problem. It can cause issues like this.

I had a 11:30 appointment for installation of 4 tires purchased online. The tires weren't there. Ended up getting there hours later and I had to go back to the store to then wait for a bay to open up for my installation. Tires had different pressures ranging from 38-44 PSI on each tire. Was definitely disappointed.
