Diego and the entire team at Discount Tire provided an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Diego was especially helpful throughout my entire visit, making sure everything went smoothly and taking the time to explain things clearly. The service was quick, and they made sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and ran like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend this location for top-notch service and customer care!

Training must be very rigorous because the friendly welcome and the professionalism I got from Toa who attended me, as well as the other staff attending others in the store, cannot be matched anywhere else except maybe at Chick-Fil-A. I feel that the practice of upselling product is going out of style, but I can't fault him for that. After all, it has been common practice in this industry for God only knows how long, and maybe it resonates more with an older crowd who have room in their budget to upgrade their order. However, I do really appreciate not being pushed after declining to upgrade, and the team proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the service!

He got me taken care of in just a matter of minutes, but what truly stood out was how he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Christian offered me various options for different wheels, ensuring I wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of mounting and unmounting my tires every time I switch between winter and summer tires. His thoughtful recommendations were practical, saving me time and effort in the long run. What made this experience even more special was how Christian noticed I had my family with me during the appointment. He kindly allowed all of us to stay in the car while they worked on changing the tires, making it an effortless and comfortable experience for my entire family. Christian is a prime example of exemplary customer service. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring about making sure every detail was handled perfectly.
