I've been very happy with the General Altimax RT45 tires. They ride well & priced correctly. I have noticed my EV range has decreased, so keep that in mind. I don't know if its tread design or they are new tires. I believe the weight is less than OEM.
Legacy
I do not like these tires. They are way too loud (road noise) and when I took them in complaining of the road noise they balanced them but it did not change anything. They broke a stud and I had to take my car to Midas within 30 days to have them fix it free of charge. The Midas shop in Webster is horrible. They told me to bring my car in at 7:30 am when they opened and they would take care of it first thing and should only take 3 hours. Car was there when they opened and it was not done until 3:30 in the afternoon. They gave me 1 excuse after another, never called me with any updates (I had to call them) and did not give me a receipt for the repair. I have purchased several tires from Discount but these are the worst ones. Wish I could have changed them out as they do not drive very well on dry pavement. Very disappointed with the tires.
