Scratched my Black Alcoa wheel on my 2023 RAM Dually. The guy gave me a business card with a business name to call, dent wizard or something like that. Called to setup repair, was told they won't work on my wheel without a Purchase Order. Have yet to connect with anyone at the store that could provide one. So now I'm in Maine with a scratched wheel and nobody is taking responsibility. Never again will myself, my family, or any of my friends, buy from Discount Tire.

Missing a lug nut cap from hub cap. All were loose when I got home. I can’t prove it but there is a scuff on my front bumper that I don’t remember seeing before tire change

I was told to return and have the correct bolts installed when they come in. I will do that. I bought the rim and tires package for this vehicle, and I couldn't be happier.
